This may be the best feeling in the world

For many people, December is their favorite month of the year

Let me tell you right now - I am not one of those people…

Not only do I hate the snow and cold weather

But financially speaking, December hits the wallet hard

“But Adam, it’s hard on everyone with the Christmas gifts we buy”

Agreed but my situation is a little bit different…

In December, I have:

• Christmas

• Wife’s birthday

• Dating anniversary

All in one…

Just writing that made my wallet quiver

When all is said and done, it’s easy for me to spend over $1,000 between gifts and dinner in December

As I’ve been making these purchases this month, it’s made me do a lot of reflecting

I think back to younger Adam who would have had a fit spending all of his monthly disposable income on these types of things

Imagine working a whole month just to see it all disappear on a couple italian dishes and Sephora orders?

Brutal…

Fortunately, without the income limitations of a 9-5 job making these purchases has become a whole lot easier

Now I actually get to enjoy treating my wife to an overpriced pair of pyjamas or 3 pieces of ravioli for $50

This is why I’m so passionate about building up a side stream of income on YouTube

It’s not about getting rich

It’s about having enough money to stop worrying about it all the time

And turning the money (or lack of it) you have from a burden to a tool you can use to live the best life possible
