The truth about making $10,000/mo on YouTube

Before ever making a single dollar online I had one goal

Make $10,000 a month

It’s as if I thought that making this exact sum of money would transport me into another universe and solve all of my life’s problems

Boy, was I wrong…

To my dismay, I still had to work out and eat right to have a six-pack

And wasn’t able to shoot webs from my wrists when I finally hit this major income milestone

But what I was able to enjoy at this income level was an immense level of inner peace

No, I didn’t transform into the Buddah

But I did go from a financially anxious 20-something into a calm, confident adult

Who was now making enough money every month to finally stop worrying that I would be crippled by an unexpected bill coming my way…

Now, it’s one thing for me to scale a YouTube channel up to $10,000 a month as I’ve done it many times

But to show someone else how to do it - this is truly an honor

An example is my student who runs the channel Keyson Stats

This channel publishes chart-style videos on popular topics such as YouTube subscriber growth and global economies

But how did they scale up their channel to $10,000 a month?

Simple, they found a winning format and stuck to it.

As you can see, once they found a winning format, they just kept hammering away

Don’t fix what isn’t broken, right?

That’s the first element of success

The second? Consistency…

The channel has uploaded 113 videos as at the time I’m writing this email

For them, $10,000/mo didn’t happen in a week or a month

It took a full year to get to this point

I highlight this fact because YouTube is not some get rich quick scheme

But, as the numbers clearly show, it’s a platform that rewards consistent, precise effort

Sadly, it’s that precise effort that most people get wrong

They start their channels, pick the wrong niche and waste the next few years making videos that will never pay off

It sucks but I’ve seen it time and again…
