The Stupidly Simple Way To Get More Views on YouTube
Have you tried this?
Read the following 5 facts and tell me which you already knew:
Founded by Enzo Ferrari: Ferrari was established in 1939 by Enzo Ferrari, originally as Auto Avio Costruzioni. The first car to officially bear the Ferrari name, the 125 S, was introduced in 1947.
The Iconic Prancing Horse Logo: The Ferrari logo, featuring a prancing horse, was inspired by a symbol used by Italian fighter pilot Francesco Baracca during World War I. Enzo Ferrari adopted it to honor the pilot and his mother, who suggested he use it as a good luck charm.
Exclusivity and Limited Production: Ferrari intentionally limits production to maintain exclusivity. They typically produce fewer than 10,000 cars annually, making each Ferrari a highly sought-after luxury.
World-Class Racing Heritage: Ferrari is the most successful team in Formula 1 history, with 16 Constructors' Championships and 15 Drivers' Championships, cementing its reputation for high performance and speed.
The Red Paint Tradition: While Ferraris can come in various colors today, the signature "Rosso Corsa" red has historically been associated with the brand. This tradition dates back to early racing regulations, which designated red as the color for Italian race cars.
When I looked at these Ferrari facts, I can honestly say that I only knew the first one out of the five.
Hopefully, you’re a little bit more well-versed about Ferrari than I am.
But probably what we have in common is that once you started to learn these few facts, you wanted to learn more.
And if that’s the case, don’t worry—you’re not alone.
As you can see in the video below, a lot of people want to learn facts about Ferrari, one of the most popular car manufacturers in the world.

However, one of the funny things about learning this information is that we want to know more and more. And this notion directly relates to making content on YouTube.
You see, most people have this impression that your videos need to be between 8 and 12 minutes long to be successful on YouTube.
This myth has been going around for years and is indicative of a very remedial understanding of how YouTube works.
What’s more important than how long a video is, is how much supply of that video length exists in a particular market and how much people want to watch content on a particular topic.
So, in this example, you can see that there clearly was an audience for people that wanted to learn about facts on Ferraris.
But what happens when there is a subset of that audience that wants to learn even more?
Unfortunately, those individuals’ needs cannot be met because there are no more extensive videos that exist.
That is until the following video was made, which, as you can see, has been incredibly successful.

As you can see from the video above, there’s often room in a particular market for varied formats.
As you probably know, one of the elements of a format is the video’s length.
And sometimes, simply making a video that is more in-depth and longer compared to other videos in the market is all you need to do in order to start getting more traction on your videos.
Now, does this mean that you should just start making each one of your videos longer and you’ll automatically start getting more views?
No.
What it means is that this is just one of the options that could be pursued.
But before you go making hour-long videos, you need to understand what formats exist in the market in order to be able to capitalize on gaps that are currently missing.
That’s the real secret to getting more views on YouTube.
Given that most people lack the knowledge to do this, I've decided that this Saturday (October 12, 2024 at 2pm EST), I'm going to run the Format Mastery Workshop.
The goal of this workshop is to help you identify, select, and validate your channel’s ideal video format so you can grow faster and monetize more effectively on YouTube.
Here's how this workshop will go down:
First, I'll share with you the 3 key elements that make up a YouTube format.
Without an understanding of the format elements, you’ll be blind to what aspects of your videos will allow you to differentiate your videos.
For most people, this means spending weeks or months producing videos before they start to see any appreciable traction. We will sidestep this issue as we go over format elements.
Second, I'll share with you the most effective YouTube formats for 2024 and beyond.
Let’s cut out the format guesswork as I share the most effective formats for growing and monetizing your channel in the final months of 2024 and into the new year.
This means doing less of what doesn’t work and more of what actually moves the needle on your channel.
Finally, I will walk you through the essential format selection criteria so you can nail down your channel format during the workshop call.
Finding the format that's right for you is both an art and a science.
Sadly, most people never effectively grow their channel because their format is holding them back.
Because of how important video formats are in your success, I'm going to personally walk you through how to align your format to both your own journey as a channel owner and to the wants and needs of your particular niche.
If you've been struggling to gain traction on your channel and are wondering how to stand out and generate more views then the Format Mastery Workshop is for you.
Tickets to attend the workshop are just $100.
I'm running the workshop on October 12th, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. EST.
Lock in your Format Mastery Workshop ticket below, and you'll receive your meeting link immediately.
Talk tomorrow.
