- Why you never feel like you have enough money
Why you never feel like you have enough money
Here's the harsh truth...
Do you ever open up social media and think to yourself
“How the f*ck does everyone have the money to go on vacation all the time?”
I literally have this thought every single day
It’s that thought or the thought of how people half my age are driving supercars
While back then I was just trying to avoid failing my high school calculus class…
Now, the cool part about having built up a sizable online presence is this
I actually get to meet a lot of very successful online entrepreneurs
From those that run cashflowing Instagram theme page networks
To people making $30,000 a month with online communities
And of course tons of six-figure YouTubers
Do you know what they all have in common?
No, it’s not just that they’ve had the pleasure of meeting me :)
It’s that they don’t do it all themselves
They all have teams
And they have teams because they know that “more hands make for less work”
In fact, the other day as I was doomscrolling on IG I came across a School of Hard Knocks video:
In the video, the man said he was able to afford his Ferrari by building a labor management business
And that he would never scaled up to $300M per year if he had done it himself
He said at best he would have gotten to maybe $3 million (still amazing but it’s no $300M)
And truly that’s where most people go wrong
They strictly take the “work as hard as you can” mentality
But making an outsized income is not just about working smart
It’s about working hard AND smart
Which is what happens when you build digital assets online (i.e. YouTube channel)
And use that platform to provide value to millions of people
Translating into an appreciable side or full-time income over time…
But sadly, most people never get there because they don’t have a team behind them
So when life gets “busy” they stop uploading
Or they stop uploading because their videos aren’t getting any views
And aren’t willing to invest the time or money to improve them
It’s sad but I’ve seen it time and again
And what people don’t realize is if you just put in the money upfront for a quality team
The income your videos generate cover those costs and extend well beyond them
That’s why outsourcing is essential
In the same way having a team (employees) helped this entrepreneur buy a Ferrari
It can help you scale up your YouTube channel
So stop making growing and monetizing on YouTube harder than it has to be…
And start to look into ways to become more resourceful
Because that’s truly how those who really get ahead are doing it…
Until tomorrow,
Adam
Ps. Tomorrow is the last day to buy a guest pass to the Outsourcing Mastery Workshop where I’m teaching my Tube Academy students the most effective outsourcing strategies for YouTube. If you don’t want to miss out you can sign up here.
