How To Make Money on YouTube (Without Spending A Dollar)

People often ask me, “are titles really that important?”

Rather than just tell you that they are extremely important, let me show you instead…

Take a look at the two videos above

Both talking about the same topic: The benefits of cloves

However, look at the difference in views (2.6M vs. 350k)

While some of the variance in views can come down to the thumbnails, production quality etc.

You can clearly see that one title is much more engaging than the other

In the first video, the channel is using an open loop title that makes the prospective viewer think “I wonder how much just one clove could impact your body?”

Whereas in the latter, there is no intrigue…

It’s just “benefits of cloves” point blank

No intrigue - just context (boring!)

The best part of thinking about how intriguing your titles are before crafting them?

That you can make as many as you want and it’s completely free!

There’s no upgrading softwares to make them

There’s no required subscription services or outsourcing

It’s just the deployment of effective title crafting strategies (like that used in the first video shown above)

That’s why I am so adamant on the importance of titles
