Is YouTube really this easy?
You need to see this...
If there’s one thing I hate, it’s people saying how “easy” it is to grow and monetize on social media
I will be the first to tell you that making money online is not a walk in the park
Anyone telling you otherwise is lying to you…
For example, if making money on YouTube were easy
Everyone and their grandmother would be doing it
In reality, YouTube success requires:
Strategy
Precision
Patience
Commitment
And a host of other traits and skills
Now, I also hate when people gatekeep the opportunity by telling you it’s impossible
They say things like “YouTube is over, no point trying” or “YouTube is too hard”
This is people dissuading others from trying in an effort to keep out competition
Kind of sinister if you ask me…
The reality is that YouTube is alive and well
And your path to YouTube growth and monetization will be as easy or as hard as you make it
For example, if you want to be the top business documentary channel like Magnates Media
It will be extremely hard learning very advanced editing skills and becoming a master scriptwriter
But if you just want to make an extra $3,000-$7,000 a month on YouTube
Then the process can be less heavy than you’d expect
Just take the example of the channel Reddit Family Tales

This channel uploads stories from Reddit with stock footage and a voiceover
And is currently making over $9,000 a month…

Is this easy to pull off?
In theory it is because the production sequence is quite simple
Find story > create voiceover > add footage > upload
However, finding these types of channels to pursue in the first place is where the challenge exists
Chances are you’ve never even seen a channel like this
Meaning that you’d never have the idea in hand to duplicate their results
This is why YouTube tends to be so hard for people
Because either they are lacking awareness of how to spot winning opportunities on the platform
Or they are trying to emulate top creators by matching their production style
Regardless, YouTube still takes work but I think we can both agree that anyone with some free time to spare can make a channel like this work…
Hopefully this example inspires you to start that channel you’ve been eager to get going!
Until tomorrow,
Adam
P.S. In a few days I will be opening up 5 exclusive spots inside Tube Academy. If you want the details before they go public, reply “public” and I’ll send them over.
