How to get 10 million subscribers on YouTube

Fortunately, the approach for both is the same

The best part?

It has everything to do with working smart

And much less to do with working hard

Ready to dive in?

Let’s go…

One of the channels I’ve followed for years is Beluga

If you’ve bought a past video course or have taken my coaching then you’ll know this to be true

Well, Beluga now has 10M subscribers

And he’s gotten there through consistency

But more importantly through strategy

And it’s the strategy bit we will go over now

You see, the top channels do 2 simple things:

1. Find what works

2. Repeat what works

Here’s an example:

In the first video, Beluga finds a winning topic for his video “Giving 841,709 people my Netflix password”

It’s an 8.3x outlier…

So what does he do?

Repeats the topic with a different angle…

The trouble that most channel owners have is that they seldom get to the point where they find “what works”

They upload a few videos, realize YouTube isn’t a cake walk and then quit

It’s sad because they may have been a few videos away from seeing their channel take off

So if you’re just starting out or are seeing less traction than you’d like

Either:

• Experiment on your channel until you find what works

• See what’s working on other channels and use it for inspiration

Implement the two in tandem and eventually you will find out what topics, packaging, production style to pursue…

The answers you’re looking for are out there - you just need to keep looking for them
