How fast life can change

Right now, I am just over a month away from my wedding

Closing in on a major life milestone like this makes you think

“how the hell did we get here?”

It feels like just yesterday I was thumbing through the datings apps

And now I am about to close out my engagement era

Well, you may not be getting married in a month

But I’m sure you’ve had this same feeling before yourself

Like how did we fast forward almost 4 years since the pandemic

Or how 2024 is more than half over already (I still can’t believe it!)

When you think about these things, it makes you realize that times moves incredibly quick

And while that’s kind of depressing it can actually be a superpower in a way

Let me explain…

Whenever we start a new endeavour, we are faced with the time to mastery that we have to endure

For example, we start college and have 4 years of school infront of us

But you blink and it’s over and you’ve got a degree in one hand and a job offer in the other

The same goes with online business

When you pick a model, you think “how long will it take to start making money”

Then times passes and you’re seeing money rolling in out of nowhere

And things get even more exciting as you progress through your journey…

For instance, my student had been employing my video training for a while before we starting working together directly

When we did he was making about $5k/mo as seen here:

The other week I asked him how things were going:

What led to this massive dump in income? Two things:

1. Guidance

2. Time

With the right guidance, all he had to do was let time pass, continuing to upload and improve in order to hit his goal of making 5-figures on YouTube (which is likely your goal too)

Therefore, let this be a reminder that time is going to pass

What matters is where you put your efforts as it elapses

And if you put in towards the things you really want:

• Better relationships

• Improved health

• More money

Then the results will come with time
