The EASIEST Way To Fail and Lose Money on YouTube
Read this before you waste a ton of money...
Have you ever watched a Mr. Beast video before?
It’s practically a cinematic masterpiece
The high stakes, the production value, the storytelling
It’s really otherworldly if you ask me…
Unfortunately though few can pull off what Mr. Beast does
However, many to try and fail as a result
No, I don’t mean they try and become Mr. Beast 2.0
I mean they try and adopt his high-production value content style
And for most, it ends in disappointment and much less money in their bank than when they started…
You see, building a successful YouTube channel is as much about resource deployment as it is ideation, packaging, team building etc.
What do I mean when I say resource deployment?
It’s maximizing the results from your video (views, subscribers, income)
While minimizing the inputs (time and money)
Unfortunately, many creators start with very high amounts of input
When I say this I mean they spend way too much money on their videos (think $100s per video)
What a new creator must understand is that there needs to be parity between your skillset and the money you’re spending
Why?
Because if you don’t have the skill to deploy your budget on the right video ideas with the right packaging at the right time
Then you’ll be blowing money faster than Adam at an Aruba Hotel Casino
This is why I teach my students in Tube Academy that, amongst many others, they must avoid high-production (i.e. high cost) channels when just starting out
Pursuing them puts you at too financial risk that you’ll struggle to overcome until your skillset develops
Which may never happen if you end up running out of money before that happens
Therefore, if you want to avoid losing money on YouTube
Or failing all together
Ensure that proper resource deployment is always at the forefront of your mind…
Until tomorrow,
Adam
