Does this bother you?
Hear me out...
The other week I celebrated 5 months of marriage
So far, so good!
But let’s be honest here
Being in a relationship is not easy
And sometimes you will get on your partners nerves
For instance, it’s not uncommon for my wife to have to ask me to do something 3 times
For example, “did you call the bank?”
“Did you check out that new credit card?”
“Did you look into excursions for Paris?”
While I probably should have undertaken these activities the first time
Hearing them being asked again and again is annoying
To the point where you don’t even want to do the things anymore simply out of spite
Well, on YouTube, being blasted with the same message multiple times can come at a fault
Just take the following video example:

You see the idea of “I studied the LinkedIn algorithm for 465 days” twice
Once in the title, once on the thumbnail
It’s like your partner telling you to unload the dishwasher twice
It’s unnecessary…
Instead, he should have hinted at the findings from his studies
E.g. Start posting less?
Seeing examples of mediocre packaging gets on my nerves
Why?
Because people are concealing really informative videos behind poor marketing
Meaning way less performance than they could have achieved
And likely you’re succumbing to this same phenomenon whether you realize it or not…
So in 2025, do not waste your time making videos without planning out your packaging first
Do it before you write a script, create a voiceover or edit your content
Do not let your content turn into a repetitive partner
Because your videos only have one shot at making a first impression
Until tomorrow,
Adam
